These terms & conditions only govern our trade relations with our customers for the sales and services presented on the Flaronis website and, more generally, are applicable to all commercial documents issued by our company.
Any order implies prior consultation and acceptance of these Terms & conditions, which are available and printable at any time by a direct and permanent link on this website.
It is understood that people considered legally incapable of contracting within the meaning of the Civil Code, including Minors children, will have to necessary obtain permission from their legal representative before ordering.
Registration of personal data
You can order on our Website by selecting items of your choice, you then place them in your cart by clicking the button "Add to Cart".
In order to correct errors in data entry, you can access summary content of your shopping cart at any time until the order has not been finally validated.
The order is registered only after confirmation of the accuracy of the provided information. This acceptance of the order is made by clicking on the button "Checkout".
We will acknowledge receipt of your order as soon as possible by sending an e-mail detailing your purchases to the email address provided by you during the order confirmation.
When entering your order in our system, we will also inform you of the availability of the ordered items. If we can not satisfy all the order, we will notify you as soon as possible.
The company FLARONIS makes every effort to verify the validity of the information we put online. However, we disclaim any responsibility for any error or omission. Under the law, we are committed to quickly correct any of our errors without any further compensation.
Only available products can be ordered, but if, beyond our control, an unavailable item would be selected, a notice of unavailability will be sent via e-mail.
Sale of alcoholic beverages
By the law, it is punishable for a person under 18 years to purchase or attempt to purchase alcohol. Seller therefore reserves the right to refuse to deliver certain individuals or companies
Prices are quoted in Euros (excluding VAT), excluding the flat fee for processing the command that is charged additionally (see section "Delivery" below).
The VAT is the VAT valid in the country of the buyer at the date of the order.
The products remain the property of FLARONIS until full payment.
The company FLARONIS reserves the right to refuse an order if a legitimate reason as defined by rules (dispute relating to a previous order, unusual demand of client).
Although the seller makes every effort to ensure that all prices and delivery costs mentioned are correct, there may be a price to be set incorrectly. In this case the seller will not be required to deliver this product at this incorrect price.
If the seller act to provide to the buyer the necessary means of transport or to facilitate customs formalities, it shall involve no reponsability for Flaronis. All the resulting costs will be charged at given price.
Any taxes, present or future, of any nature, are paid by the buyer.
Since 01/07/2001, under regional conventions for environmental policies when purchasing any new appliance or electronics, a recycling fee is collected on behalf of the Recupel asbl, approved organisation responsible for recovery and recycling of old appliances and this, for an amount between 1 to 6 euros depending on the product. This fee is already included in the price.
For Eshop customers: Payment is made online, at the time of order by credit card or paypal.
For B2B customers: payment is made by bank transfer according to the following conditions:
"1 .- All invoices are payable on the due date. Any delay in payment automatically involves, and without prior notice requirement, the obligation for the customer to pay a contractual interest of 12% per annum on due amounts.
"2 .- In case of non-payment of invoices at the settlement date, and without need of enjoining, in addition to the interest mentioned above, the amount of the invoice or balance due will be increased of 15% with a minimum of 50,00 €, as conventional allowance for non-payment of the invoice at the deadline.
"3 .- In case of an unpaid bill at the settlement date, all other invoices not yet due lose the benefit of the term granted and will be due immediately without notice.
"4 .- The goods delivered remain our property until full payment. The delivery of goods effects transfer of risk to the client. The customer assumes, from delivery, care of goods sold and is responsible for damage caused by them. In case of returned merchandise, the loss of value incurred will be deducted from payments made by the client.
"5 .- Any claim relating to an invoice must be submitted, under penalty of inadmissibility, in writing within eight days after sending the invoice.
"6 .- The Court of EUPEN are the only jurisdiction for any dispute arising between the customer and us, regardless of where the contract arose or be executed. However FLARONIS may assign to the Court of its client's home.
All credit card transactions are made through a secure online payment by PAYPAL.

FFREE DELIVERY FOR ORDER WITH A GOODS VALUE FROM 49 € FOR BELGIUM, THE NETTHERLANDS, LUXEMBOURG AND GERMANY
For orders made on the website Flaronis, deliveries are made to the address entered on the order form that you fill in on our website.
Your order will not arrive later than 7 days after your payment period taking into account the routing and processing of your order. Our items are usually shipped within 24-48 hours.
Any delay or failure of the benefit expected in the execution of the present contract shall not constitute an error attributable to the Company FLARONIS, insofar as it may be proven that the delay is due to “act of God” as defined by the regulation.
You must carefully check the contents of the package upon arrival and in case of damage or missing items, do not forget to send us precise and detailed feedback on the delivery receipt. Otherwise, you have a legal period of three (3) days, excluding holidays, after receiving the package to leave this feedback by registered mail with acknowledgment of reception directly to the delivery company.
Packing and insurance:
Your purchases are packed with the most care, using protective materials. The care we take in packaging allows us to offer delivery in the best conditions. The goods shipped are insured against damage and theft for the duration of transport. You must therefore ensure the integrity of your order and all items composing the order at the reception of the package and in the presence of the person making the delivery to make a remark if necessary.
In the case you have any doubts about the condition or contents of the order, you must refuse the merchandise upon receipt of the package. All refused item will have to be given to the delivery person as a whole and in its original packaging.
In case of absence during the delivery, a delivery notice is deposited in your mailbox.
All returns must be made within five days after the date of arrival of the package. Items must be returned by registered mail.
In these circumstances, the refund order will be made as soon as possible.
The product should be in its original packaging and with the documents accompanying it during our expedition.
Warranties and customer service
Most of our items sold are under legal conformity guaranty, legal guarantee against hidden defects and the manufacturer's guarantee for which the field and duration differ between products and brands.
In the case of an exchanged order, sending charges of the item (s) shall be paid by the customer. However if the guarantee of conformity is applicable to returned product, all costs associated with this return will be refunded to the customer.
Whatever the problem with your product is, you must join a copy of the invoice, a copy of the guarantee document and the return form with the defective item.
Beware, the warranty does not apply to compensation for damages resulting from an external cause to the device (for example: accident, shock, lightning, a electrical power fluctuation, the replacement of consumables such as batteries, bulbs, fuses, ...). Or a client's negligence caused by a use outside the specifications of the manufacturer, bad use to the proper preservation of the device, use for commercial or collective puprose, use of inappropriate accessories or consumables ....
We invite you in this regard to carefully review the instruction sheet provided with the products.
If products do not conform to the information given by the presentation of products on the Website or have any hidden defects, they will be replaced or refunded depending on the availability of similar products and the willingness of the customer. Items qualifying for warranty will be resumed only if accompanied with the delivery sheet.
Are also excluded from warranty : products that are modified, repaired, built or added by the customer or any other person not authorized by the Supplier.
The warranty will not work for visible defects and defects of the product for which any claim must be made by the customer within 7 days of delivery of products, under penalty of forfeiture. The guarantee does not support products damaged issued from a wrong use.
In all cases, Flaronis can not be held responsible for any manufacturer's refusal to enforce its guarantee for the reasons set above.
All returns must be previously authorized by Flaronis with the sending of a return number. The customer must apply to it by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org after written acceptance of Flaronis.
The company Flaronis has only an obligation of means for all stages of site access, process control, delivery or after sale service.
Flaronis responsibility would not be involved for any inconvenience or damage arising from the use of the Internet, including interruption of service, external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses or any act characterized by “act of God”, in accordance with the jurisprudence.
Flaronis will not be held liable for damages of any kind, whether bodily or material, which could result from a malfunction or improper use of products sold. It is the same for any changes resulting from product suppliers.
Flaronis responsibility, in any case, will be limited to the amount of the order and can not be blamed for simple errors or omissions that may occur despite all precautions taken in presenting the products.
Flaronis will not be held liable to any customer or any third party for any indirect damages, any loss of business, profits or revenues, arising in any possible manner.
Without limiting the foregoing paragraphs, the Flaronis responsibility under these conditions does not exceed an amount equal to the amounts paid or payable in the transaction giving rise to such liability, whatever the cause or form of action concerned.
Flaronis can not be held liable for breach of contract in case of stock shortage or unavailability, “act of God”, disruption or total or partial strike of postal services and means of transport and/or communications, flood , fire.
Flaronis commits itself to not disclose to third parties the information provided by customers on the site. These are confidential. It will only be used by our internal departments for processing your order and to customize and enhance communication including letters / emails and information as part of customizing the Website based on the preferences of users. Flaronis website may provide aggregated statistics about customers, sales, trading patterns and related site information to reputable third parties but these statistics will include no personal data.
Flaronis does not sell or rent to third parties the customer information

Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & conditions and contractual relations therein are governed by Belgian law. The language of this contract is the English language.
Any dispute will be brought before the courts of EUPEN.
